Our Beliefs

It’s all about Jesus.

We believe in the inerrancy of the Bible; It is the supreme and complete source of truth written by Godly authors under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 3:16
We believe in God the Father. He reigns with sovereignty over His universe His creatures and the flow of human history according to the purposes of His grace. Ephesians 3:14-19
We believe Jesus is the Son of God. He is eternal and co-equal with the Father and Spirit. Through His death, burial, and resurrection salvation is made available to sinful mankind. John 14:6-13, John 3:16
We believe in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is eternal and co-equal with the Father and the Son. He lives within Christians once they accept Christ as their personal Savior. John 14:25-26
We believe in Jesus Christ’s perfect sacrifice. He died on the cross for the sins of all humanity. He rose three days later from the grave to be victorious over death and sin, and will reign as King of Kings for all eternity. 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
We believe man is made in God’s image. He incurred a sinful nature due to the sin of Adam and was separated from God, in need of a Savior. Genesis 1:26, Romans 5:12
We believe in salvation, being born again. Salvation is God’s gift of eternal life to man, through his Son Jesus Christ’s death on the cross and resurrection. Salvation is given through faith, by God’s grace, and not based on man’s effort. John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6, Romans 10:9-10, John 3:7
We believe in baptism by immersion. Baptism is an act of immersion in water, a testimony to the world of the salvation which has already taken place. It is a picture that shows our sins are totally washed away, and our lives are now changed through a risen Christ. Romans 6:4-5
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ, not as a baby, but as King of Kings. Revelation 19:11-16
We believe in eternal security. Our salvation is not maintained by our own effort, or we would lose it. It is God’s grace and divine power that keeps us secure for all eternity. John 10:28-30
