Covenant Outreach

At Covenant, we’re a church who is on mission with Christ, to seek and save and the lost, and each and every one of us has a role to play in that goal.

Here are our current partners:

Compassion International

Compassion International works to end child poverty by connecting vulnerable children with churches in their communities who know, love and protect them. These churches provide medical care, fight malnutrition, protect children from harm and share the hope of the gospel. When children are cared for, mind, body and soul, they go from surviving to thriving with the resources they need to break the chains of poverty.

We currently partner with three churches in Honduras to support each other in advancing the gospel and meeting the needs of their churches and communities.

How To Serve Compassion International

Sponsor a Child
Child sponsorship is how we financially support their work. It’s not just finances though, it’s a commitment to developing gospel-centered friendships and relationships with your sponsor children and their families. This is.a true commitment to discipleship as you pray for, write letters to, and encourage them as they grow in their walk with Christ.

Pray
For the pastors, leaders, and volunteers that work tirelessly through their local church to provide the care that these children need.
For the children within the Compassion program to know Christ, have their needs met, and to break the boundaries of poverty by being deeply rooted in their identity in Christ.

Go
We will be sending frequent mission trips to these specific churches to meet your sponsored children and to make a tangible difference in their community based on the church’s known needs.

Stowe Mission

Since 1967, Stowe Mission has provided hope, restoration and essential resources to families and individuals facing challenging hardships. The essentials they provide meet critical needs in three areas – hunger, healthcare and education.

How To Serve Stowe Mission

Community Kitchen
Every fourth Monday morning of the month, we provide, prepare, and serve a meal to the less fortunate in Columbus at Stowe. This is a great opportunity to make a real, tangible difference in our community.

Bed Brigade

Bed Brigade, which began here in Grove City, has existed since 2012 to build and deliver beds for people who need them; people all over the Columbus area who are sleeping on the floor, on broken air mattresses, on a couch, or sharing a bed with siblings or parents.

How To Serve Bed Brigade

Deliver Beds
Every other month, on the third Saturday, we deliver beds for children in need. You have the opportunity to give them a comfortable place to rest, along with a children’s bible, as well as minister to and pray for the family while you’re there.
