Day 15 - ‘Save Us’: The Prayer of the Disciples

Today’s prayer comes out of Matthew 8:25. We see the disciples in a terrifying storm as they are sailing across the Sea of Galilee. With the waves breaking into the boat, the disciples woke Jesus by shouting “Lord, save us!”. Jesus rebukes the winds and calms the waves with his voice. When the storm was too big for them, they couldn’t deal with it on their own. So they went to Jesus
