Day 12 - ‘Grant Me Favor’: The Prayer of Nehemiah

Today our prayer comes from Nehemiah 1:11. Jerusalem was facing possible annihilation, and Nehemiah needed to return to rebuild the walls. Even more, he needed 3 years off from his position as the king's cupbearer and enough supplies to rebuild a wall around the entire city of Jerusalem! A huge change had to happen first, the change of heart of the man in authority, King Artaxerses. Nehemiah didn’t just pray a simple prayer, he prayed a specific prayer, a prayer to grant favor.
